"My Mr. Brown Moment" Photo Contest

Rules & Regulations

1. My Mr Brown Moment photo contest is open to all residents of Brunei Darussalam irrespective of residential status. Employees of Aiking Trading Co. Sdn Bhd and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in this contest.
   
   
2. Entrants

• Must be at least 15 years of age as of 1st January 2009
• Can submit up to a maximum of 5 entries (photos)
• Entry to this competition is free of charge

3. Entries must be relevant to the theme "My Mr Brown Moment" and will be judged on the basis of Creativity, Originality and Impact in conveying the theme.
   
   
4. There will be 2 rounds of judging. The will be 3 weekly winners for the duration of the contest in the First Round. Final Prize winners will be chosen out of all the weekly winners in the Second Round. Aiking Trading Co. Sdn Bhd will appoint a panel of judges for the weekly and final prize winners. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondences will be entertained; and will not be responsible for any loss, charges and communication failure.
   
   
5. Entries

• Must include at least 1 clear and concise can of Mr Brown Coffee of any or all flavours in the photo
• Must be submitted in digital JPEG or .jpg format with minimal compression, either in colour or black & white. Negative, slides or prints will not be accepted.
• Must be 5MB (megabytes) or smaller, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (If a vertical image).
• Must be a single work of original material taken by the Entrant for the purpose of this contest and must have not been used or published before.
• Must have a caption that adequately introduce the picture
• That are composite photographs, multiple exposures and images manipulated electronically which distort the reality of the image or otherwise may be disqualified
• That do not conform the rules will be automatically disqualified.

6. All entries must be received by 5:00pm 28th March 2009 by email to mrbrown@aiking.com. Each entry must be accompanied by your NAME, IC/PASSPORT NO., ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NO./MOBILE, EMAIL ADDRESS and CAPTION/TITLE OF THE PHOTO. Entries will not be acknowledged, and proof of posting will be not accepted as proof of receipt. We regret that entries will not be returned.
   
   
7. Winners will be notified by telephone. Each final prize winner is entitled to only one(1) prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes not claimed within 1 month of notification will be forfeited. The organiser reserved the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent market value. The organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any prize winners who do not own the sole copyright to their entries, and to recover the prizes that have been awarded to them.
   
   
8. Submission of entries constitute the entrant's acceptance of and abiding by the contest rules. Submission of the entries also constitutes permission and copyrights passed to Aiking Trading Co. Sdn Bhd to reproduce and use the entrants submitted images, their names and/or photographs for the purposes of advertising, promotions and trade without compensation or notice.
